The West Inner Breakwater Lighthouse, also known as the Guanghua Tower is located on a small breakwater on the west side of the harbour in Keelung, inside of the West Breakwater Lighthouse. This unusual light is a 26 metre round concrete tower with a large structure above. Most of the tower and structure are painted blue and the roof and a small dome are painted red. The lighthouse displays a red light. This light was built in 1967 and was originally to be used for corporate functions by the Keelung Harbour Bureau. It was later (@2000) used as a cafe. It is believed that that has closed and the tower is no longer open to the public. Photo taken in March 2017.
