This tower that sits on the main breakwater at the port of Civitavecchia, Italy is not a true lighthouse, but has been constructed to enhance the area where cruise ships arrive in the port. It is not far from the remains of the original Civitavecchia lighthouse. It is not however a true replica of the original light. Photos taken in September 2011.
