My son took these pictures for me on his recent visit to Thailand. This is a faux light that is in the resort area of Pattaya in Thailand. Pattaya is on the gulf of Thailand about 165 km South East of Bangkok. The sign has "lighthouse" written in Thai. The top photo shows an actual light in the channel just off of the faux one.
